Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Lofi Drive ("we", "us") handles information when you play the game and use our services.

What we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple), we receive your email address, display name, and profile image as provided by that service.
• Gameplay save data — tokens, unlocked cars and trails, XP, materials, and progression counters used to sync your save across devices.
• Purchase records — the SKU purchased, transaction ID, and subscription status. Payments are processed by Paddle; we do not receive or store full payment card details.
• Basic technical data — device type, browser, and diagnostic information necessary to operate the game and investigate issues.

How we use it

• Run the game and sync your save to your account.
• Fulfill purchases and manage your Lofi Club subscription.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and chargeback-related issues.
• Respond to your support requests.

Where it's stored

Account, save, and entitlement data are stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) with row-level security so only you can read your own records. Payment data is held by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Cookies & local storage

We use local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and cache gameplay state. Where advertising is shown, our advertising partner may also set cookies or similar identifiers — see below.

Advertising

Lofi Drive may show advertising supplied by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Advertising can be personalised or non-personalised depending on the choices you make.

Where required by law — including in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and parts of the United States — we ask for your choices through a Google-certified consent management platform before any advertising is loaded. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time from the privacy options link shown by that consent banner, and you can manage Google's own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.

Advertising is suppressed for paying players: Lofi Club members see no advertising at all, and Remove Ads owners see no banners and no forced advertising. Remove Ads owners may still choose, entirely voluntarily, to watch an optional rewarded ad for a small token bonus.

For advertising we store only the minimum needed to prevent abuse and award bonuses correctly: your account identifier, timestamps, the placement, and the outcome of each optional rewarded view. We do not store raw IP addresses, device fingerprints or advertising identifiers in our own records.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing lofidrive.support@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time frame consistent with applicable law.

Children

Lofi Drive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-game or by email where appropriate.
