These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lofi Drive game and related services (the "Service"). By playing you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and let us know at lofidrive.support@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs for gain, or manipulate save data.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source or assets except where the law expressly permits.
• Do not resell, transfer, or attempt to trade accounts or virtual goods.
• Do not interfere with the Service, other players, or our infrastructure.

Virtual goods

Cars, trails, tokens, parts, memberships, and any other in-game items are licensed to you for personal use inside Lofi Drive. You do not own them, they have no real-money value, they cannot be redeemed for cash, and they may be modified, retired, or removed as the game evolves.

Subscriptions & payments

Billing terms — including recurring charges, cancellation, and refunds — are described on our Billing & Refunds page and are part of these Terms.

Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or retire features, content, and pricing at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for material changes but cannot guarantee any specific item or feature will remain available.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lofi Drive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for cheating or abusive chargebacks. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Intellectual property & DMCA

Lofi Drive, its code, artwork, and audio are our property or licensed to us. Copyright concerns can be sent to lofidrive.support@gmail.com.
